Exchester is a UK production AI practice for teams where accuracy, workflow integration and operational reliability matter. We build the systems, run them in production, and consult from that experience.
How we work
We take on work we would be willing to run ourselves.
Most of what we know about AI in production came from operating our own platform, GATA AI, under commercial load — and from building systems in legal and clinical settings where a wrong answer has consequences. That experience sets how we work: prove the risky part early, measure accuracy honestly, and design for the day the model is wrong.
Engagements are senior and small. The people who scope your project are the people who build it, and we would rather turn work down than staff it thinly.
Operator experience
We run a commercial AI platform of our own, so we have lived with the cost, latency and support reality of what we recommend.

Cinar Baymul, DPhil
Cinar combines more than a decade in data science, engineering, product and operational leadership with a DPhil from the University of Oxford. He builds and operates AI products across media, legal and healthcare rather than advising at arm’s length.
That operator perspective sets Exchester’s standard: prove the risky assumption early, measure the system honestly and build something the client’s team can own.
