Information you provide
When you send a project enquiry we receive your name, work email, company, selected topic and message. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry. We do not add enquiry details to an automated sales sequence.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage. Analytics is disabled until you select “Allow analytics”. We do not send names, email addresses or contact-form contents to Google Analytics, and advertising storage remains disabled.
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Infrastructure and processors
The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Project enquiries are delivered using AWS services. Google processes analytics information only after consent. These suppliers process information under their own security and data-protection commitments.
Retention and sharing
We retain enquiries only as long as needed to respond, manage a prospective engagement and meet legitimate legal or operational requirements. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers required to operate this website or where required by law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
